Pitot Assembly (Type S)

 Pitot Assemblies include :

•      " S " type pitot with geometric calibration certificate.
•      Pitot hose end is straight ¼ tube for easy hose slip-over.
•      Thermocouple Grounded to Probe to reduce static charge problems.
•      Pitot and Thermocouple are contained into a stainless steel sheath. 
•      Standard size Thermocouple Connectors Color-coded with Calibration Code.
•      Thermocouple has .125 inch O.D. 304 SS bendable sheath. 
•      Male TC connector permanently molded to TC sheath. 

 Pitot Assembly Options : 

•      Wind tunnel pitot calibration instead of geometric.
•      Umbilical including two  pitot hoses and 4 type K TC pairs.
•      Replacement Pitot and Thermocouples are available.

 Description :

CleanAir Express Pitot Assemblies come in a variety of sizes. Replacement or additional pitots for pitot assemblies are also available from CleanAir Europe. The  pitot assembly is designed for fast and simple replacement of the pitot and thermocouple. The thermocouple is a type K unless otherwise specified.

 Tester Comment :

The " S " Type pitot with it large openings is great for high particulate or free moisture in the gas flow. If you are measuring clean air flow a Standard Pitot would be better. 

 Note :

Standard lengths available are : 2ft, 4ft, 6ft, 8ft, 10ft and 12ft. Special lengths and connections available upon request. Lengths above are effective lengths. To determine overall length, add 16cm.
